Shipping Information (Pre-orders)
Pre-Order System
All orders are now processed on a pre-order basis, with shipments scheduled twice per month:
- 14th of each month: Orders placed between the 29th of the previous month and the 14th of the current month will be processed and shipped on this date.
- 28th of each month: Orders placed between the 15th and the 28th of the current month will be processed and shipped on this date.
Orders placed after these dates will roll over to the next shipping cycle.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your pre-ordered parcel to be dispatched from our warehouse after the designated shipping date. Your delivery time frame below will begin once your order has been dispatched, and you’ve received a tracking number.
